The Trentino Metodo Classico (Classic Method) is a great example of frontier wine: capable of taking the best from different traditions to create a new one, it is one of the most prominent and recognisable expressions of our territory. The geological and pedoclimatic characteristics of our region are clearly expressed in mountain sparkling wines.
Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco and long months on the lees give this Trentodoc a rare scent of white lilies and bread crusts, as well as a marked crispness enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. A unique pleasure both on the nose and in the mouth.
